Quick Life/Cancer Update

Hi friends! It’s been a while, so I wanted to give some life/cancer updates:

• Living life after cancer is weird and scary, but also the most amazing thing ever

• Chemo curls are still holding strong, but I actually really love them now

• Had an echo last month and happy to report my heart is still lookin good after the damage it took from chemo

• Still have 3 1/2 years of hormone therapy left, but side effects are super minimal so no biggie

• My hellish feeling hot flashes and night sweats have basically disappeared, which is some kind of miracle

• But the best update of all is that I’m here and I’ve got to spend the last year living my life with a new and improved perspective and doing the things I’ve always dreamed of. From buying our first house, to sewing my first quilt, and going on beautiful vacations with the people I love the most. I’m so damn grateful. 🖤
